What is Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)?

How do I access the information about my company or my customer’s data?
Atkku.com provides secure method of communication between our BPO center and the customers. Customer can connect to our servers (India or U.S.) virtually from anywhere.

What services I can avail from Atkku.com?
Our services include from Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, Time sheet, Invoice, Past due follow-up, maintaining paper documents related to accounting, tax services, SOX compliance and much more. However, you can select a partial services such as A/R if need.

What is the response time?
Typically Atkku works U.S. Eastern Standard Time, if it is a simple document query then it will be done when you call customer service. If it involves more research such Sales & Tax information etc., our CPA will advise you the timeframe. 

Whom should I contact?
Atkku provides Technical and non-technical help. If it is a technical help, our Help Support should be able to resolve ASAP. You will have access to “How-To” section for registered customers. If it is a Non-Technical help our CPA will be able to help if we can provide you off-the-shelf answer, otherwise CPA will advise you the estimated time.
