Atkku has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Call Center Manager. Our strong growth in the red-hot Financial & Accounting (F&A) in SME field to run telemarketing program. Can you handle it?
You should have proven recruiting and training skills, because you are going to build your own team. F&A experience is very desirable. Experience in Document Management & QuickBooks is a big Plus. You need management ability, because you are going to take charge and be responsible for results. Most of all, you need to be able to create actionable leads on a consistent basis.
There is no overbearing chain of command here. You’ll report directly to the company president.
Atkku is providing BPO services in F&A segment to the clients in the U.S. Services include A/R, A/P, GL, Payroll, Tax related services.

- Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other pre-screened listings.
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy F&A services or take appointment by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Completes calls by recording names, addresses, and products/services explained or customer is interested.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
