Requirement : Windows XP with SP2
                           Administrative rights to install the ActiveX components.
                           Turn off the firewall while installing activeX components.
                           Download the following patch from Microsoft.com
                           http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=17d997d2-5034-4bbb-b74d-ad8430a1f7c8&displaylang=en

Goto Internet tools -> Options-> and select Security tab. Add the following line in trusted site.https://atkku.com

 Now you can connect and establish the applications. While connecting the application if following error persists please download the patches from following Microsoft site and try it again.
